Oscar Limoke is a passionate leader driving digital transformation across Africa. As the CEO and Co-founder of Pawa IT Solutions, a Kenyan cloud solutions company specialising in AI and data, he has empowered over 400 clients in 22 African countries with Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformation. Oscar brings a wealth of experience to the table. Before leading Pawa IT, he played a pivotal role in Google Sub-Saharan Africa, Education Team, based in Nairobi. He also lent his expertise to UN-HABITAT in Somalia during an impactful consulting stint. Oscar holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Consulted with the UN Joint Program on Local Governance and Decentralized Service Delivery (JPLG) in Somaliland to implement a GIS-based property and revenue management system across four Municipalities (Hargeisa, Borama, Berbere, and Gebiley). Managed a six-month project budget of $3 million.
