We did not just build a company.
We built the engineers who built the industry.
The forest would be silent if no bird sang except the one that sang best.
The origin
Pawa IT is where careers begin. And where industries get their best people. There is an irony Oscar has learned to wear with pride.
The reality
Every major cloud competitor in Kenya has a Pawa IT alumnus on their team — now at Google, 4G Capital, and engineering departments across East Africa. He was frustrated by it once.
The standard
Most of those engineers carry something specific: the standard. Oscar’s engineering rigour became the benchmark for an entire generation of Kenyan cloud professionals. That is not a talent drain. That is a legacy.
A Founder Shaped by Building
At the heart of the “Resilient Builder” ethos lies a commitment to structure. Oscar Limoke founded Pawa IT with a vision of sovereign digital infrastructure for East Africa. Without external funding, he has grown the organization to over 30 dedicated employees, demonstrating that sustainable growth is the highest form of innovation.
